Delivery information
We endeavour to ship all orders received within 1-2 working days from the day the order is placed. We will contact you by either email or phone if there are any stock shortages or problems with your order.
Please note that whilst we can arrange AM and Saturday deliveries in the UK (mainland), we cannot guarantee that your item will be delivered. Any problems with Saturday deliveries will not be picked up until the next working day.

Please note the estimated delivery time frames provided at checkout and above are not guaranteed. These time frames are in place to give our customers an idea of delivery dates and should not be seen as 100% accurate. Items over 750g will be sent with a courier on a next day delivery service. Your invoice will have the tracking number which can be found on the top right hand side of the paperwork.

Carriage charges
Carriage charges are automatically calculated by the item weight on our system. For orders over 50kg please contact us for a quote.

UK Mainland Customers
All orders with a shipping cost of £11.95 will be shipped by courier, and will require a signature.

Delivery usually takes about 2-3 working days from date of despatch.
