Straight-Line Pull Testing

Our In-House Testing Equipment
TECNI operates specialist testing equipment to accommodate different assembly sizes, loads and testing requirements.
Mecmesin OmniTest 50
Our Mecmesin OmniTest 50 provides controlled tensile testing up to 50kN and can accommodate wire rope assemblies up to 16mm diameter. It supports proof load and destructive testing with detailed load analysis.
Mecmesin MultiTest-dV 2.5
Designed for smaller assemblies, our MultiTest-dV 2.5 provides precision testing up to 2.5kN, making it suitable for miniature cable assemblies and micro-cable lanyards.
Vertical Load Testing Machine
Our vertical testing machine provides proof load testing up to 10 tonnes for suitable cable assemblies, lifting equipment and associated components.
Tractel Dynafor Load Cells
Our Tractel Dynafor load cells enable force measurement and proof load testing of larger assemblies, including extended-span applications and 24-hour proof load tests.
Test Reports & Certification
TECNI can provide detailed test reports and printed certificates to support customer quality assurance and traceability requirements.
Depending on the testing carried out, reports may include applied loads, peak loads, failure points and graphical test data.
