Laser Engraving

At TECNI we provide precision laser engraving and permanent marking services for a wide range of components and applications. Our in-house laser engraving capability enables us to produce clean, accurate, and highly legible markings on aluminium and stainless steel components, with marking areas of up to 110 mm × 110 mm.

Using a precisely controlled, focused laser beam, the surface of the component is permanently marked without the need for mechanical contact. This provides excellent definition and repeatability, making laser engraving ideal for applications where accurate identification, traceability, and professional presentation are essential.

There are many different applications which this can be used for. These include branding, serial numbers, traceability codes and working load limits. 

The process produces a durable, high-contrast mark that remains clearly visible throughout the service life of the component. The non-contact nature of laser engraving also allows for precise marking of detailed information and smaller characters while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

Dot Marking

For applications requiring enhanced resistance to wear, abrasion, and harsh operating environments, TECNI also offers dot marking on copper, aluminium, and stainless steel components.

Dot marking uses a controlled mechanical process to create a series of permanent indentations within the surface of the material. The resulting mark is deep, durable, and highly resistant to removal, making it particularly suitable for safety-critical and heavy-duty applications, including lifting equipment, wire rope assemblies, and cable assemblies.
