At TECNI, we aim to make our returns process straightforward. Please review the information below before requesting a return or cancelling an order.

Standard Product Returns

Standard products may be returned within 60 days of purchase, subject to return authorisation and the conditions outlined below.

Items Excluded from Standard Returns

  • Bespoke or custom-manufactured products
  • Non-stock items ordered specifically for a customer
  • Wire rope or chain cut to customer requirements

These exclusions apply to our voluntary returns policy and do not affect statutory consumer rights.

Restocking & Additional Charges

Return Circumstances Charge
Qualifying returns received within 14 days No restocking fee
Returns received after 14 days Greater of £40 or 15%
Unauthorised returns 25% restocking fee, subject to acceptance
Damaged products or packaging Additional recovery or repackaging charges may apply
Please note: Restocking charges apply only where legally permitted and do not override statutory cancellation rights or remedies for faulty goods.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact TECNI as soon as possible if your delivery is incomplete, damaged or incorrect. We request notification within 30 days of delivery to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
Standard stock orders may be cancelled before leaving our premises.

After Dispatch:
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be handled under the applicable returns procedure and statutory cancellation rights.

Bespoke Orders:
Custom-manufactured assemblies are generally non-cancellable once an order has been accepted, subject to applicable legal rights.

Product Warranty

TECNI-branded tools purchased directly from TECNI Ltd are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects, subject to the warranty terms.
