Load Testing & Certification

At TECNI, we provide controlled cycle testing, straight-line pull testing, and load testing to verify the strength, performance, and integrity of cable assemblies, lifting equipment, and bespoke components.

Our Mecmesin Multitest test system provides accurate, repeatable test results and detailed load data, including peak loads and failure points where applicable. Testing can be carried out as either proof load testing or destructive testing, depending on the requirements of the application.

Our vertical test machine has a capacity of up to 10 tonnes, enabling us to proof load a wide range of cable assemblies and lifting equipment. Destructive testing is also available where appropriate, subject to the design, construction, and intended application of the assembly.

Test reports and printed certificates with graphical test data are available upon request, providing clear documentation of test results for quality assurance, traceability, and compliance requirements.
