What's Covered?

Where a product develops a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, TECNI will repair or replace the product without charge, in accordance with the warranty terms.

The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase, with a six-month warranty applying to hydraulic tool seals and diaphragms.

What's Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from:

• Misuse, abuse or accidents
• Excessive wear or normal wear and tear
• Tampering with the product
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Failure to follow the supplied instructions or safe operating procedures

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing or material defect, please follow the steps below.

1. Contact TECNI
   Get in touch with our team before returning any products.
2. Provide Product Details
   Include your order number or proof of purchase, product information and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the claim.
3. Await Return Instructions
   Our team will advise whether the product needs to be returned for inspection and provide the relevant instructions.
4. Assessment & Resolution
   Where a defect is confirmed as covered by the warranty, TECNI will arrange repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty terms.
