TALURIT Presses

TECNI operates a range of TALURIT swaging presses, accommodating wire rope diameters from 0.54mm to 22mm. Our equipment includes 40-tonne presses (0.54–8mm), a 150-tonne press (6–14mm) and a 600-tonne press (6–22mm), providing versatile manufacturing capabilities for a wide range of cable assemblies.

TALURIT Auto Cutter

Our TALURIT Auto Cutter automates precision cutting of wire rope from 1mm to 5mm in lengths up to 5 metres. This improves accuracy, consistency and production efficiency, enabling us to offer competitive pricing on bulk orders while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Laser Engravers

Laser Engravers

Our Technifor TF410 LaserTop provides precise engraving of logos, batch numbers and identification markings on stainless steel and aluminium components. For larger assemblies or irregularly shaped parts, we also use a portable high-precision laser engraver for flexible, on-site marking.

Dot Marker

Dot Marker

Our Pryor MarkMate dot marker provides permanent identification markings on components and assemblies where laser engraving is unsuitable, including lifting equipment and products designed for harsh environments.

Automated Reeling Machines

Automated Reeling Machines

Our TC300 reeling machines provide fast, accurate wire rope spooling, with precision ring-drive technology for neat, consistent winding and adjustable speeds from 1–120rpm, supporting efficient order processing and quick dispatch.

Mecmesin Test Rigs

Mecmesin Test Rigs

Our Mecmesin testing equipment supports proof load, cycle and destructive testing of cable assemblies and individual components, with detailed reporting available. The OmniTest 50 provides loads up to 50kN for assemblies up to 16mm, while the MultiTest-dV 2.5 offers precision testing up to 2.5kN for smaller assemblies and micro-cable lanyards.

Portable Load Cells

Our Tractel Dynafor load cells enable force measurement and proof load testing of larger assemblies, including extended-span applications. Our Yale hydraulic test rig also supports destructive testing of components such as shackles and eyebolts, with breaking loads measured up to 15 tonnes.

Our Thermo Scientific Niton XL5 Metal Alloy Analyser provides fast, accurate and non-destructive verification of stainless steel stock. By identifying elemental composition and alloy grades, it supports material quality, traceability and compliance with specifications.

Laser Diameter Measure

Our QP3025 Laser Measure provides fast, precise, non-contact diameter measurement of wire rope from 0.1mm to 25mm, with an accuracy of ±0.002mm to support consistent quality control and dimensional verification.
