Our dedicated Quality Team works across sourcing, manufacturing and inspection to ensure products meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Material Verification & Traceability
We use advanced lot and serial number tracking systems to maintain product traceability back to source.
Our in-house Thermo Scientific Niton XL5 Metal Alloy Analyser enables us to verify stainless steel alloy grades and material composition, providing additional assurance before materials enter production or stock.
Testing & Certification
Our specialist testing facilities enable us to carry out proof load, destructive and cycle testing on cable assemblies and individual components.
Where required, we can provide supporting documentation, including test certificates, material analysis reports, Certificates of Conformity and relevant declarations.
