Ensure the ball terminal is compatible with the wire rope diameter and construction. Use suitable swaging equipment and the correct die set to achieve a secure termination. The expected termination strength is 90% of the wire rope's Minimum Breaking Load (MBL). Testing must be carried out to verify the actual strength of the completed assembly.
