• General Cable Assemblies – Suitable for applications requiring adjustable tension and secure eye-to-eye connections.

Before installation, ensure the turnbuckle is suitable for the intended application and compatible with the cable diameter and connecting fittings.

• Inspect the turnbuckle for damage, wear or corrosion before use.
• Ensure both threaded ends are sufficiently engaged within the turnbuckle body.
• Apply tension evenly by rotating the central body, keeping the load aligned with the turnbuckle's centre line.
• Avoid side loading, shock loading or forcing the turnbuckle into position.
• Keep threads clean and free from debris to maintain smooth adjustment.
• Regularly inspect for signs of wear, deformation, damaged threads or corrosion.

Important: This turnbuckle is not rated for lifting. The manufacturer's approximate breaking load of 160kg must not be used as a Working Load Limit.
