Before installation, ensure the turnbuckle is suitable for the intended application and compatible with the cable diameter, connecting fittings and required Working Load Limit.

• Inspect for damage, wear or corrosion before use.
• Ensure both threaded ends are securely engaged within the turnbuckle body.
• Adjust tension evenly by rotating the central body, keeping the load aligned with the centre line.
• Ensure both eye fittings are securely connected using compatible, appropriately rated components.
• Avoid side loading, shock loading or forcing the turnbuckle into position.
• Keep threads clean and free from debris.
• Regularly check for wear, deformation, damaged threads or corrosion.

Important: Working Load Limit (WLL): 540kg. Never exceed the manufacturer's rated WLL. For lifting or safety-critical applications, confirm the product's certification and suitability for the intended use before installation.
