The M6 Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) Dual Threaded Stud provides a secure and practical fixing solution for attaching M6 female-threaded components to timber surfaces.

Featuring a precision-cut 25mm wood screw thread and 15mm machine thread, this fitting allows quick installation and is ideal for mounting cable grips, display fittings and other threaded components.

Also known as a wood-to-metal dowel screw or hanger bolt, it features a bright zinc plated finish for added corrosion protection.

Always drill a 4mm pilot hole to prevent timber splitting and ensure easier installation.

The stud can be installed using a socket drive with a dome nut or two locked nuts fitted to the machine thread.

Alternatively, the machine-threaded section can be secured directly into a drill chuck to drive the fitting into the pilot hole.
