Cut Lengths

TECNI uses the Talurit LK04 Automatic Cutting Machine to provide accurate, repeatable cutting of wire rope from 1 mm to 6 mm diameter. The system accommodates cut lengths from 150 mm to 10 metres, making it well suited to both standard and high-volume production requirements.

Automated cutting delivers consistent lengths with a tolerance of ±2 mm or better, while improving production efficiency, repeatability, and turnaround times. This ensures each length is prepared accurately and consistently for subsequent assembly or dispatch.

Reeling

Our TC300 reeling machines provide efficient and controlled spooling of wire rope, supporting fast processing and reliable order fulfilment. The precision ring-drive system produces neat, uniform reels, helping to minimise tangling and maintain consistent presentation.

With adjustable operating speeds from 1 to 120 rpm, the TC300 can be configured to suit different rope sizes, reel requirements, and production volumes. This flexibility allows us to efficiently process both individual requirements and larger production runs while maintaining consistent quality throughout.
