RETURN POLICY:

All standard products can be returned within 60 days from date of purchase. A Return Authorisation (RA) is required. Product must be in new and resaleable condition including packaging. No restocking fee is required for standard products providing the items are received back into TECNI within 14 days of receipt.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Bespoke manufactured items
• Non stock items ordered specifically for an order
• Cut Wire Rope and/or Chain

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns over 14 days. Actual restocking charge will be £40 or 15%, whichever is greater. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns without an RA. The company reserves the right to reject unauthorised returns.

Products returned with physical damage, opened or damaged packaging, or in an unsellable condition are subject to recovery and/or repackaging charges in addition to the applicable restocking fees; or product may be scrapped or returned to the customer at customers expense, at the discretion of TECNI.

Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

TECNI branded tools purchased directly from TECNI® Ltd are covered by a 12 month warranty against material or manufacturing defects. Please see our product warranty for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customised and bespoke assemblies cannot be cancelled once an order has been received.

CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO DISPATCH:

Customers may cancel an order for standard stock items at any time before the order leaves TECNI premises.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH:

Orders cancelled after the order has left our premises will be treated as unwanted goods and can be returned (please see returns policy above).
