TECNI YCF-630 Hydraulic Cable Crimping Tool

 
The YCF-630 offers a crimping force of 31.75 tonnes and a maximum working pressure of 700kgf/cm2 (10,000 psi)

 
The tool comes in 2 steel carrying boxes with a range of 7 TECNI designed, hardened dies.


The swaging tool is ideal for creating high strength, load rated steel wire rope assemblies from 5mm to 11mm diameter in the field.


Suitable for use with:

  • 3mm to 5mm Cable and Wire Rope requiring Hexagonally Swaged Stainless Steel Fittings
  • Code 6 - 11 Copper Ferrules
  • Code 6 - 12 Aluminium Ferrules

Not Suitable for Crimping Stainless Steel Ferrules.

Supplied with:

  • YCF-630 Tool
  • T6 - T12 Dies
  • Steel Carrying Case for both the head with die sets and the pump

THE STANDARD DIES SUPPLIED WITH THE TOOL ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WITH STAINLESS STEEL FERRULES

  • Hand Pump weight = 10 kgs
  • Hand Pump weight with Steel Carrying Box = 14.5 kgs
  • Press Head without Dies = 15 kgs
  • Press Head with Dies = 17 kgs
  • Press Head with Dies and Steel Carrying Box = 31.5 kgs
  • Press Head, All Dies, Hand pump and both Carrying Boxes = 46 kgs

Technical Information

TALURIT Aluminium and Copper Ferrules from T6 (or TCU6) and above finish at twice their size once correctly swaged. E.g. A Code T6 ferrule will finish at 12mm diameter and a T10 ferrule will finish at 20mm diameter.

Maximum working pressure of 700 kgf/cm2 (10,000 psi)

Recommended Grade of Oil: ISO 32 Hydraulic Oil
