The TECNI® Hand Crimping Tool is a compact, competitively priced pressing tool designed for creating strong and reliable eye terminations. It features removable hardened steel dies and is quick and easy to use, making it ideal for producing small, high-strength cable assemblies on site.

Ideal for creating small cable assemblies for applications such as hanging signs, cable displays, retaining lanyards, cable tagging and shop fittings.

Applications & Advice

Suitable for terminating:

  • 1mm TALURIT copper and aluminium/aluminum ferrules
  • 1.5mm TALURIT copper and aluminium/aluminum ferrules
  • 2mm TALURIT copper and aluminium/aluminum ferrules
  • 2.5mm TALURIT copper and aluminium/aluminum ferrules
  • Code 1.5 and 2 Stop ferrules

The tool is supplied with removable hardened steel dies, which can be flipped to improve access and help optimise swaging strength. TALURIT ferrules are available from stock for use with the tool.

For safe and reliable results, ensure the correct die and compatible ferrule size are used for the cable assembly.

Technical Info

Ferrule sizes 1.5 and above require two crimping operations with the tool. Crimp 50% of the ferrule and then move the die head along and crimp the remaining 50% of the ferrule.
