Suitable for cutting:

  • Steel wire rope up to 12mm (1/2") diameter
  • Wire strand up to 8mm (5/16") diameter
  • 1x19 wire strand construction
  • Non-compacted steel wire rope with a maximum tensile strength of 1960N/mm²

Cutting higher-tensile or compacted wire rope is not recommended, as this can significantly reduce the lifespan of the cutters and will invalidate the product warranty.

Technical Information

The TECNI® SCC-200 features hardened steel blades and a centre bolt for durability. The aluminium alloy handles have a plastic covering to provide a comfortable and secure grip during use. The cutter is designed for non-compacted steel wire rope with a maximum tensile strength of 1960N/mm².
